(3) Our website collects personal data through registration and upload of data records in FIT or SIG format. Your physical location, power data, speed and direction are needed for calculations. You have the option to delete your recorded data.

Information from Third Parties

We may obtain personal information from third parties, e.g., if you register with a third-party provider. You can also log in using social media credentials (e.g., Facebook). Aerotune only uses your email address in this case.

Collection of Data from Children

Bikefitters and Coaches

If you have created an account through a bikefitter, trainer or coach, we may share your information with them (if your account is linked to theirs). It is your responsibility to have an agreement with your bikefitter/trainer/coach regarding the use of your information.

Customer Rights

The customer may revoke the consent given at any time with effect for the future (§ 28 para. 3a Federal Data Protection Act). The deletion of stored personal data occurs when the customer revokes consent to storage. The statutory retention and deletion deadlines according to § 35 Federal Data Protection Act apply.

Server Log Files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and saves information in server log files:

• Browser type and browser version
• Operating system used
• Referrer URL
• Hostname of the accessing computer
• Time of server request

These data cannot be attributed to specific persons and are not merged with other data sources.

Newsletter
