How Premium-Months Work:
- Each credit grants one Premium-Month to the assigned athlete.
- You decide when and to whom you assign a credit.
- Once assigned, the Premium-Month is active for one month and then expires automatically.
- All training data remains with the athlete after the Premium-Month expires.
